From weddings, graduation parties and bridal showers to baby showers, business meetings, open houses, and more, we’ve got you covered. Conveniently located at 514 Lincoln St, Fenton, MI 48430 our banquet hall can be accessed from the east side of the school building, with ample parking available in the back lot off of Jefferson Street. Hall Rental Information

No membership is required to rent the Hall.
The Hall is closed on Friday’s for Bingo and during normal school hours (typically the hall is available to rent Monday thru Thursday after 4:00PM)
The Hall is available for rent on Saturday’s. Arrangements must be made for an entry time with the Rental Hall Manager. Renters must be out by 12:00AM with all belongings, garbage removed, and the Hall cleaned up. All tables and chairs are to be returned to the locations they were found. A $100.00 fee for holdover past the listed close time above will be charged for every 30 minutes thereafter.
Rentals that are held Sunday through Thursday must end no later than 9:30PM with the same closing stipulations as above.
Rental includes use of Tables and Chairs, Parking Lot, Restrooms, Kitchen (except gas range). Food warmers are available.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be be sold.
State law requires all liquor be consumed inside the building. NO alcohol can be taken outside of Hall.
Smoking inside the Hall is prohibited.

Dimensions 48 ft length x 56 ft width
Maximum Occupancy: 150 people.
What’s Included When You Rent the Hall
The renter or caterer can use the warming ovens, but they must prepare the food offsite. Please note that the gas range in the kitchen is unavailable for use by the renter or caterer.
The Hall Rental Charge Includes the Following:
- Microwave
- Coffee Pot
- Ice Machine
- Bar with window for serving beverages
- High Speed Wireless Internet
- Big Screen TV with Firestick Streaming Video
Chairs and tables are included with your rental. We have approximately 160 chairs and the following tables:
- 9 – 8 ft. x 30 in. rectangular tables seating 6 per table
- 24 – 5 ft. rectangular tables seating 6 per table
- 4 – 8 ft. x 30 in. rectangular tables for serving food

Rental Confirmation Fee & Security Deposit
Hall Rental: $500.00
Damage Deposit: $200.00 (returned after the event if there is no damage)
Members Hall Rental Rate: To receive membership discount, gentleman must be a 3rd Degree Knight of Council 7418 in good standing. Contact Hall Rental Manager to discuss pricing.

To start the rental process, call to schedule a visit to view the Hall.
Rental Deposit of $250.00 and completed required forms will be required to hold a date in the calendar. Renter will pay the remaining rental fee of $250.00 and Damage deposit of $200.00 thirty days prior to the event date.
